Zoom Integration Data
When you authorize AI X Network through the Zoom App Marketplace, data collected is strictly limited to:
- User display name and email address
- Meeting metadata (meeting ID, topic, scheduled time)
- Participant lists associated with authorized meetings
AI X Network does not access, store, or process meeting recordings, chat logs, or video/audio content from Zoom.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
- Authenticate users and manage accounts
- Process transactions and subscriptions
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and security
- Train and refine AI systems using aggregated and de-identified data
- Communicate service updates, support responses, and administrative notices

AI X Network does not sell personal data. Zoom data is never commercialized, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
3. AI and Data Usage Principles
AI X Network applies AI responsibly and with governance.
- AI systems operate within defined boundaries and access controls
- User data is not used to train public or third-party AI models
- AI learning is limited to de-identified, aggregated insights
- AI outputs are generated dynamically and are not reused to identify individuals
Users remain responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before use.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information only as necessary:
- With trusted service providers who support platform operations (under confidentiality obligations)
- To comply with legal requirements, court orders, or lawful requests
- To protect the rights, safety, and integrity of AI X Network, users, or the public

We do not share personal data for advertising or resale purposes.
5. Opt-Out and Revocation Rights
Users may revoke AI X Network's access to Zoom data at any time by uninstalling the application through the Zoom App Marketplace. Upon deauthorization:
- All associated Zoom data is queued for deletion
- Data is purged within 30 calendar days in accordance with our Data Retention and Protection Policy
- No further data collection occurs from the disconnected Zoom account
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Services
- Fulfill contractual and legal obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
