AI X Network
Infrastructure and Dependency Management Policy
Effective Date: February 2026
AI X Network maintains rigorous standards for infrastructure management and third-party dependency governance to ensure the security, reliability, and compliance of all platform services, including integrations with the Zoom App Marketplace.
1. Hosting and Infrastructure Standards
All AI X Network services are hosted on cloud infrastructure providers that maintain:
- SOC 2 Type II certification
- ISO/IEC 27001 compliance
- Physical security, network segmentation, and environmental controls in accordance with industry best practices
2. Dependency Management
AI X Network maintains a Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) tracking all third-party libraries, frameworks, and services integrated into the platform. Dependency management practices include:
- Automated vulnerability scanning of all dependencies
- Timely patching and updates in response to disclosed vulnerabilities
- Evaluation of third-party security posture prior to integration
3. Immutable Infrastructure
AI X Network follows immutable infrastructure principles where possible:
- Production environments are deployed from versioned, auditable artifacts
- Runtime changes to production systems are prohibited outside of approved deployment pipelines
- Infrastructure-as-code practices ensure consistency and reproducibility
4. Continuous Monitoring and Logging
Infrastructure and dependency health are monitored continuously. AI X Network maintains centralized logging and alerting to detect:
- Anomalous system behavior
- Unauthorized configuration changes
- Performance degradation or resource anomalies
5. Change Management
All infrastructure and dependency changes undergo a formal change management process, including:
- Risk assessment and peer review
- Staged rollout with rollback capability
- Post-deployment verification and monitoring
